Susan S. Bloomfield is a senior executive with 30 years experience in pharmaceuticals and consumer packaged goods, with a strong focus on skin care and beauty. Most recently, Susan was the General Manager of Neutrogena Corporation, where she led the Management Board and was responsible for the P&L of ~$1.5 billion retail sales. Throughout her career at Johnson & Johnson, Susan has had marketing responsibility for well-known brands such as Band-Aid, Johnson’s Baby, Aveeno, Lubriderm, Roc, Clean & Clear, Neutrogena, and Reach.
Susan is on the Board of Directors for AIVITA Biomedical, a company discovering breakthrough technologies utilizing regenerative medicines. With a strong passion for public education and philanthropy, Susan is on the Boards of EdVoice, Step Up Women’s Network, Oceanographic Teaching Stations Aquarium, Educators4Excellence, the American Heart Association LA, and is a former Board of Governor for Cosmetic Executive Women in NY. Susan is a first-generation college grad, holding a B.S. from The Ohio State University and an M.B.A. from Loyola College.
