Kim Rohm

Kim joined the Roundhouse Board in 2022 and is excited about the opportunity to bring more awareness of our efforts in marine science and education.

Like many, her family’s first visit to the Roundhouse Aquarium was full of amazement that the building at the end of the pier had the power to uncover the expanse and wonders of Southern California marine life within its tiny walls. This led to her fascination for the variety of life in the waters of our South Bay and the impact the Roundhouse makes every day.

A seasoned marketer working for brands focused on sustainability and their environmental footprint, Kim sees a unique opportunity for the Roundhouse Aquarium/Oceanographic Teaching Stations to inspire the next generation of marine scientists and protectors of the environment. She believes raising awareness and interest in the Roundhouse’s progressive educational programs developed and hosted by its expert team of marine scientists is critical to achieving this opportunity and furthering the mission.
