Grace Adams

Grace brings more than 30 years of non-profit leadership to Oceanographic Teachings Stations, Inc. (OTS), the non-profit that operates the Roundhouse Aquarium. Prior to coming to the Aquarium in 2019, she served as Executive Director of the Bolsa Chica Conservancy. There, she developed formal and informal education and habitat restoration programs in coastal Orange County, transforming the organization into a leading provider of science-based, immersive programming across southern California. She also brings to the Roundhouse corporate leadership experience, having previously worked in Fortune 100 companies, medium-sized and start-up organizations in a variety of industries.

At OTS, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Roundhouse Aquarium and provides strategic leadership in the areas of development, marketing, finance and administration. Grace has a Bachelor of Science degree in tourism management from the University of the Philippines and completed her Executive Program for Nonprofit Leaders from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.
